Hi there! The name is John Andrian A. Ureta, but my friends call me “Johnny Boi”. The name kind of stuck on to me, what with all the nicknames everyone has given me over the years.
Right now, despite my overly classy persona and a taste for the arts and culture, I do – believe it or not, work as a training supervisor for RODECH Training Services Link International, Inc., a job that I am extremely proud of.
Just to give you an idea on what I do, as a training supervisor I mainly oversee the development of our trainees from basic theory to practical application. My main objective is to see to it that we produce quality safety officers ready for deployment to the countries that need them.
Other than that, my spare time mainly focuses in doing business with other people. But not just any other business, it’s a business that can literally change life itself. I definitely love to hang around people who are optimistic despite the challenges in life. People who tend to take the road less travelled and people who jump at opportunities first and learn the ropes at a later time.
I have joined the multi-level marketing industry because I believe that there is a lot of potential in this business. A business however, being greatly undermined by the general populace as it is perceived to be in a way “different” from the regular brick and mortar store. But that’s the problem with us Filipinos, we show negativity even to the point of hostility to things unknown to us. We never give chances – that’s why we don’t’ grow as a nation.
My goal is to change all that with the little strength I have. It may be slow at first, but I tell you, my friend and I are starting something that will revolutionize and change what everyone thinks of this industry. Believe me, change is coming.
But for now, why don’t we settle with the baby steps. They’re small steps to say the least, but hey, at least we’re getting somewhere right?
